Free standard shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more. Orders must be over $200 CAD before taxes and discounts.

Under $200 CAD, we offer a flat rate of $14.99 CAD within North America ($12.99 CAD within Manitoba).

Outside of North America

Shipping is is a flat rate of $40 CAD.

Estimated to be delivered in 7-14 business days.

You may return new, unwashed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (with the exception of items discounted more than 30% and EcoDrop items, which cannot be returned).

In North America?

If you need to return an item, simply go to Returns & Exchanges, submit a return request in our returns portal, and we'll send you a shipping label ($14 within North America, or FREE if you select exchange via store credit). Returns are FREE for first time customers.

If you choose our EcoDrop return option, your return will be listed as an EcoDrop product and shipped directly to the next customer, reducing the environmental impact of return shipping trips and waste.

We also offer free in-person returns or exchanges (in Winnipeg).

Outside of North America?

We accept returns, however we cannot provide return labels. You are responsible for return shipping.
